ABOUT US

Mizuho is a full-time real estate investor and founder of Now West Capital. She is an active investor in multifamily properties as well as single-family properties and has invested in over 700 units in the United States.
Prior to transitioning to real estate full time, Mizuho worked in the banking industry in NYC, where she supported her clients to develop large infrastructure and energy projects with lending and financial advisory. She successfully closed a number of projects totaling over $4 billion. 
She has an MBA from The Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania, The Lauder Institute.
